Competence

I chose this skill because it was one of the first skills I've learned. I've learned how to do the 2-step blood pressure technique. It is also a skill I have continuously used throughout the course of the semester. 

I initially wanted to showcase my basic assessment skill because that skill was one of my favorite to learn. However, the focused respiratory was one of the harder assessment skills for me because I have to learn the exact placement of the stethoscope when listening to lung songs.
